Imagine a weekend of yoga, Spinal Energetics, nourishing meals, quiet mornings by the creek, evenings around the fire, and the space to reconnect with yourself alongside a small group of like-hearted people.

This will be an intentionally intimate retreat, with space for approximately 10 guests.

Investment

While we’re finalizing catering and accommodations, we expect the total investment to range from approximately $900–1,300, depending on your room selection.
