Hannah Bell is a yoga instructor and mindful chef who believes that true practice extends beyond the mat. She completed her 200-hour training at Mount Madonna Center in 2018, studying under Baba Hari Dass, who taught that "work is play."

With a rich background in the culinary arts, Hannah is passionate about preparing clean, whole foods — mindfully sourced, low- to no-waste, and free of seed oils — honoring both the body and the earth.

In both her cooking and her teaching, Hannah creates experiences rooted in service, sustainability, and joy. Whether guiding a yoga class or crafting a nourishing meal, she invites others to slow down, lean into the present moment, and connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them.
